NHL Club”Colorado Avalanche “signed a new contract with the Canadian defender Devon Toews for seven years, according to the team’s website.
The financial terms of the agreement, which will take effect next season, were not specified, but, according to media reports, the total amount of the contract amounts to $50.75 million.
Toews was traded to Colorado by the New York Islanders in October 2020. With the Avalanche, the 29-year-old played 200 games in the regular season and scored 139 points (29 goals and 110 assists). In 2022, he won the Stanley Cup.
