The Hockey Federation has found a replacement for Vadim Shakhraichuk, who was previously fired from his position.
The Ukrainian Hockey Federation announced the name of the new coach of the national team after the dismissal of Vadim Shakhraichuk.
According to the press service, the team is led by Dmitry Khristich, the 1990 world hockey champion and the most successful Ukrainian in NHL history.
The coaching staff of the new mentor includes the coach of Kyiv Falcon Oleg Shafarenko and Canadian specialist Nick Filan.
The contract with Dmitry is for one year. The task of the coaching staff is to enter the 1A division and change generations.
