Athletistic / Hockey. Former coach of several KHL clubs Andrei Nazarov spoke about the conclusion of an agreement between the Russian boxing and hockey federations. This contract provides for joint training of hockey players and boxers.
“I consider the signing of this agreement a very correct and timely step. The General Secretary of the Russian Boxing Federation, Tatiana Kirienko, also proposed to organize joint training between boxers and hockey players. This is a completely correct move, which shows that women know how to make intelligent decisions, and in our country they are sometimes underestimated. The time has come when we must all unite and together glorify Russia, whether it is boxing, hockey or football.
Moreover, I would also invite footballers to participate in such training. I know that football fans are often offended by me, that’s why I want to involve their favorite athletes in real male tests and see if they can withstand the pace set by boxers and hockey players,” said Nazarov in “Championship”.
