Athletistic / Hockey. Washington Capitals forward Evgeny Kuznetsov commented on the capital’s crushing defeat in the NHL regular season away match against the Ottawa Senators (1:6).
“It’s a tough loss. I feel like every mistake we made caused us to give up a goal. When you play a team like that…Ottawa probably feeds off its energy from his good play and his goals, then we didn’t do a very good job of eliminating those “moments,” Kuznetsov said, as quoted by the NHL press service.
Evgeny Kuznetsov spent 17 minutes 13 seconds on the ice last night, showed no effective action and his utility indicator was “-1”.
Washington has scored two points in three games and is in last place, 16th place in the NHL Eastern Conference standings.
