“There is a first time for everything. As a player you are always looking for shots, to create chances for your teammates and yourself, to score goals, but like I said, there is a first time for everything.
We had a great pre-season training camp and we felt good. However, when the season started, it became clear that something was missing. And that’s why I feel responsible for the team,” Ovechkin commented.
