Athletistic/Hockey. Today, October 24, a regular KHL championship match took place in Kazan. The local Ak Bars hosted the Omsk Avangard. The regular time of the match ended in a 1:1 draw. In overtime, Ak Bars won with a score of 2:1. Omsk coach Mikhail Kravets commented on this result.
– I really liked the game – double-edged, good speed, with good movement. Both teams gave their best, we once again played a very good match in Kazan. We managed to equalize in the last minute, there were a lot of chances, the goalkeepers played very well. In overtime, they took a risk, hit the post and the opponent had a good rebound on the boards – apparently they were lucky at home. We are going home with our heads held high,” Kravets said on the KHL website.
