The 17-year-old native of Nizhnekamsk scored 4 points for his performance during the meeting with the Yekaterinburg team – he scored two goals and became the author of two assists. According to the press service of the KHL, Artamonov set a new league record for the number of effective actions in a single match for players who are not yet 18 years old.
The previous record belonged to current Sochi striker Matvey Michkov. In September 2021, playing for SKA, he scored 3 (2+1) points using the goal+pass system in a meeting with Admiral.
Nikita Artamonov helped Chaika win the Kharlamov Cup last season. In 22 matches of the current KHL season, the young man has 13 (4+9) performance points.
