The main hero of the meeting was Dnepr forward Ilya Kryklya, who completed 6 assists. Also worth noting are his partners Nikita Sidorenko and Sergei Stetsyura – each of them has 2+3.
The victory allowed the Kherson team to bypass the Kyiv Capitals and at least temporarily take second place in the Favbet league table. Trizub, having lost seven out of eight matches, remains in penultimate place.
On November 3, Dnepr will play against the championship leader Sokol. Two days later, Trizub will fight with the main outsider of the season – the Kharkov Berserkers.
