No Rangers player has ever achieved this goal in the 21st century.
The previous record of 8 consecutive games with points in a Rangers uniform was held by Marian Gaborik during the 2009-10 season.
Panarin’s streak also enters the top 5 in the entire history of the New York club. The absolute record belongs to Rod Gilbert (14 matches during the 1972/73 season).
