Athletistic / Hockey. Pittsburgh Penguins forward Evgeni Malkin has spoken about a possible return to the KHL at the end of his career. The 37-year-old Russian graduated from Metallurg Magnitogorsk.
“My return to Metallurg? It’s difficult to guess. But even if Gennady Velichkin doesn’t believe in it… Maybe I’ll come back despite him (Laughs)?” – Sport-Express quotes Malkin.
Evgeni Malkin was selected second overall by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. In the summer of 2022, he signed a 4-year contract with the Penguins totaling $24.4 million.
