The Russian has scored 824 goals in his career. The leader is the legendary Wayne Gretzky, who has 894 goals.
“Will Ovechkin manage to break the record? The chances of that happening are very good, but I don’t know when. He doesn’t have many goals left and the way he plays is very real,” Bure quotes, according to TASS.
