Russian forward for the NHL club Washington Capitals Evgeny Kuznetsov recovered from the illness, reports journalist Tariq El-Bashir on social networks.
The Russian missed practice on November 6-7 due to illness, but spent Wednesday’s practice on the ice.
It is not yet known whether Kuznetsov will play on November 9 in the home game against Florida. Earlier, Washington recalled forward Mike Sgarbossa from the American Hockey League (AHL).
This season, Kuznetsov has 5 points (1 goal and 4 assists) in 10 games in the NHL.
