While defending the Motherland from Russian terrorists, former Bila Tserkva White Leopard goalkeeper Alexei Loginov died.

Another irreparable loss for Ukrainian sports. Ukrainian hockey championship medalist Alexei Loginov died in the war with Russia.

The death of the talented athlete was reported by the Ukrainian Hockey Federation. The brave warrior is only 23 years old.

Alexey Loginov was born on November 25, 1999 in Kyiv. He started his career at the Sokol school, where he became the bronze medalist of the Ukrainian U17 Championship in 2015. After that, Loginov was in the system of another Kyiv school, Kryzhinka, and in 2017 he made his debut in adult championship of Ukraine for the capital’s Ice Wolves. After playing 1 match for the team, Alexey moved to Belyi Bars, where he became the champion of Ukraine 2018 among youth (U20) and, having played two matches in the adult national championship, received bronze in the championship with Bely Tserkva team.

After the outbreak of a full-scale war, Alexey volunteered to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He is the only child in the family.
