According to investigators, this man is businessman Farit Samigullin. His “clients” could presumably be eight football players and several hockey players.
Earlier there was information that criminal cases had been opened against hockey players Anvar Suleymanov (Salavat Yulaev), Vladislav Lukin (Admiral) and Mikhail Vorobyov (SKA).
Later, the investigating authorities denied information about the involvement in the purchase of military tickets by hockey players Kirill Kaprizov (Minnesota Wild), Pavel Karnaukhov (CSKA) and Ivan Fedotov (Philadelphia Flyers). The latter was, however, arrested on July 1 and taken to the military registration and enlistment office. Later, information appeared that Fedotov had been sent to the North to do his military service.
