The striker was injured on Thursday during the Fonbet KHL championship match against Salavat Yulaev (6:2).
As previously reported by Spartak head coach Alexei Zhamnov, Morozov will be out until the end of the year.
This season, 23-year-old Morozov has 31 (9+22) points in 30 matches with a utility indicator of “+11”.
