Hockey agent Gleb Chistyakov, representing the interests of the Ak Bars forward Dmitry Yashkin spoke about the striker’s injury.
The Czech striker was injured in the Fonbet KHL championship match against Avtomobilist (3:2). Yashkin was taken to hospital by ambulance.
— I feel normal. I cannot comment on the exact details of the injury, as one should always be careful with such questions. Dmitry underwent an MRI, the nature of the injury is complex and the preliminary recovery period is about three months,” the Championship agent quotes.
This season, Yashkin has scored 18 goals in 36 regular season matches and is currently Ak Bars’ best sniper.
