Novosibirsk “Siberia” surpassed “Barys” at home (5:1) in the Fonbet KHL championship match.
The goals of the Novosibirsk team were Taylor Back, Vladimir Butuzov, Nikolai Prokhorkin, Artem Mikheev and Andy Andreoff, the only goal of Barys was scored by Anthony Kamara.
For Siberia, the match was the first after a coaching reshuffle – earlier this week David Nemirovsky left the post of head coach and Sergei Krivokrasov was appointed interim coach.
“Siberia” interrupted a streak of four consecutive defeats and occupies 8th place in the Eastern Conference with 43 points. Barys (31 points) closes the table in the East.
