Agent Gleb Chistyakov, representing the interests of the Washington striker Alexandra Ovechkina in Russia, reacted to the feat of a hockey player who scored his 1,500th point in the NHL.
On Friday, Washington lost in a shootout to Dallas – 4:5. Ovechkin scored an assist in the game and scored the 1,500th point of his NHL career.

The forward scored 827 goals and made 673 assists in the NHL. Ovechkin was the first Russian to reach 1,500 points in the NHL. The 38-year-old forward became the 16th player to reach such numbers in the league and second among active hockey players, just behind Pittsburgh forward Sidney Crosby (1,529).
Ovechkin has scored five goals and provided ten assists in 23 games this season.
