Defender SKA Alexander Nikishin representing the Kharlamov division, won the power throwing competition as part of the Fonbet All-Star Game of the Continental Hockey League (KHL ).
The 14th KHL All-Star Game began on December 9 at the SKA Arena in St. Petersburg.
Nikishin won with a result of 168.28 km/h. David Sklenichka (Chernyshev division), Nikita Nesterov (Tarasov division) and Egor Yakovlev (Kharlamov division) also took part in the competition.
The KHL record in the throwing power competition belongs to former Traktor defender Alexander Ryazantsev and is 183.67 km/h.
