Athletistic / Hockey. The Columbus Blue Jackets have recalled Russian goaltender Daniil Tarasov from their farm club. This was reported by the press service of the NHL with reference to the club’s general director Jarmo Kekalainen.

Tarasov was previously injured during pre-season training. For this reason, the Russian missed two months of the regular NHL championship.

Goals by Chinakhov and Voronkov did not save Columbus from defeat in the match against Florida.

For the first time this season, the Russian played on December 2 in the AHL for the Cleveland Monsters. So far, the Russian goalkeeper has played four matches.

The goalkeeper made his debut for Columbus in the 2021/22 season. In total, he played 21 games in the NHL and stopped 90% of shots. On average, the Russian conceded 3.66 goals per match.
