Tampa Bay defender Mikhail Sergachev Due to injury, he could miss the upcoming NHL regular season games, reports Lightning Insider.
The 25-year-old Russian was injured in the first period of the match against Saint-Louis (6:1), when a puck hit the hockey player’s left leg. The player was unable to continue the match.
He reportedly attended practice Wednesday but did not practice with the team. The Russian hockey player had his left ankle and foot heavily bandaged and uses a knee brace to keep his weight on his left leg.
In the 2023/24 season, Sergachev participated in 33 matches and scored 19 (2+17) points.
