Mikhail Vorobyov (double) and Brendan Laipsik scored goals for the St. Petersburg team. In the third period, Dynamo’s Eric O’Dell scored, then two minutes before the final siren, Blue and White defender Igor Ozhiganov also scored.
Thanks to this victory, SKA rose to 4th place in the Western Conference with 57 points, overtaking Torpedo (55) and equaling Lokomotiv in points.
Dynamo is second with 62 points, this result interrupted the four-game winning streak of Alexey Kudashov’s team.
