The Group B match took place on Tuesday in Gothenburg and ended with a score of 4:1 (0:0, 3:0, 0:1). Gavin Brindley scored twice in the 35th and 37th minutes, while Jimmy Snaggerud (30) and Isaac Howard (45) also scored. The only goal for the Norwegians was scored by Petter Westerheim (45th).

The American team will play its next match on December 28 against the Swiss team, and the Norwegian team will play the Czech team the day before.
