The championship match of the OLIMPBET Youth Hockey League between the Snow Leopards and the Tyumen Legion will not take place on December 27, the league’s press service reports.
The match, which was scheduled to take place on Wednesday in Astana and started at 4:00 p.m. (Moscow time), will not take place due to the visiting team’s delay.
— Due to unfavorable weather conditions and road closures, the Tyumen Legion does not have time to arrive in Astana for the OLIMPBET MHL championship match against the Snow Leopards. The visiting team is located in Petropavlovsk (Kazakhstan).
The match on the previously scheduled date of December 27, 2023 will not take place. A decision on the possibility of holding it at a later date will also be taken, the press release said.
Tyumen Legion, having scored 29 points in 31 matches, occupies seventh place in the Eastern Conference of the Silver Division of the MHL. The “Snow Leopards” (17) occupy eighth place.
