Rytirzy Kladno, striker Jaromir Jagr made two assists in a home match of the Czech Hockey Championship against the team from Kometa Brno.
The meeting ended with Comet’s victory in overtime – 5:4, Jagr spent 17 minutes and 17 seconds on the ice. This season, the 51-year-old striker has played four matches and scored four assists.
Jagr ranks fourth in NHL history in games played (1,733) and goals scored (766), and fifth in assists (1,155). Only the Canadian Wayne Gretzky (2857) has scored more points in the championship than the Czech (1921). Jagr won the Stanley Cup twice (1991, 1992) with the Pittsburgh Penguins.
