Athletistic/Hockey. President of the Russian Hockey Federation (RHF) Vladislav Tretyak, speaking in an interview with Match TV, noted that Alexander Ovechkin must decide for himself what to do after the end of his hockey career. He recognizes, however, that politics is an extremely complex field.
“Politics is a difficult business, which involves constant pressure and evaluation of the public. However, the final decision must be made by Ovechkin himself. He can lead Dynamo Moscow or work in the Ministry of Sports.
Ovechkin must choose what he likes. Perhaps he will want to become an MP, like me. I am ready to give advice if necessary,” Tretyak told Match TV.
