“Happy New Year everyone! We started on January 1 with training… this is your fish jelly,” wrote Admiral striker Yuri Pautov on his Telegram channel.
Attached to Pautov’s post were photographs of cylinders, training with which is considered the most difficult in hockey. Their idea is that one or two hockey players sit on a car tire and another player drags them across the ice with a strap.
“The Admiral” at the end of December 2023 on his ice lost twice to Nizhnekamsk “Neftekhimik” (3:4 and 2:5). Currently, Leonid Tambiev’s team, with 37 points after 44 matches, occupies the last and 12th place in the Eastern Conference standings.
