This photo was taken after the Rangers’ last game in 2023. Then Peter Laviolette’s team defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning on the road with a score of 5:1.
The New York Rangers have 51 points in 35 games and are now the leaders of the Eastern Conference. Russian striker Artemy Panarin is the Blue Shirts’ leading marksman and scorer, scoring 23 goals and 27 assists in 35 matches.
The Rangers will play their first game of 2024 on the night of January 3, when they host the Carolina Hurricanes. The starting faceoff will take place at 3 p.m. Moscow time.
