Athletistic / Hockey. Last night, in an NHL regular season game, the Dallas Stars defeated the Minnesota Wild (7:2). One of the main heroes of the match was Sheriffs’ American forward Joe Pavelski.
It was Pavelski who opened the scoring in this match. The 39-year-old hockey player scored 465 goals during his career in the regular NHL championships. It is worth noting that Joe managed to become the second active player in the league to upset at least 150 goalkeepers during his career. In this match, Minnesota’s goal was defended by Swede Jesper Wallstedt.
Among active hockey players, only Washington Capitals captain Alexander Ovechkin has managed to upset more goalies (172) than Pavelski.
Joe Pavelski scored 36 points (16+20) in 40 games this season.
