Former Moscow hockey player “Spartacus” and St. Petersburg SKA Maxime Rybine said the Russian attacker “Minnesota” Kirill Kaprizov capable of becoming the best sniper in the history of the NHL club.
Kaprizov scored a hat-trick on Sunday in the NHL regular season match against Carolina (5:2). This is the third hat-trick of the 26-year-old Russian’s career in the league. Kaprizov moved into fourth place on the list of best snipers in Wild history (132). The first place in the list is occupied by the Slovakian Marian Gaborik (219 goals).
— Kirill is the leader of the team, he has enough playing time and he also has skills and talent. This is why he proves that he is one of the best players in the league and in the world.
I don’t think there are any preconditions for him to leave the club. They are building a team around players like Kirill and Zuccarello, who will sooner or later become champions. Kaprizov will therefore stay there for a long time. If he has no injuries, then 219 goals are not such a big indicator for him,” Rybin said according to RT.
Kaprizov played 39 games this season and scored 42 points (18 goals and 24 assists).
