In the final, the Toronto star and his partners beat Connor McDavid’s team
IN National Hockey League (NHL) the evening took place All Star Game 2024. The event took place at the home arena of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The winner of the Match was the team of the leader of Maple Leaves Auston Matthews. Four teams competed in a “final four” format, playing 3 versus 3 outfield players for two periods of 10 minutes.
In the semi-finals, Matthews and company beat the team Quinn Hughes with a score of 6:5 (5:5 in regular time, 1:0 in shootouts). In another match the team Connor McDavidalso in the post-match shootout, passed the team Nathan MacKinnon (3:3, 2:0 in the shootout).
In the final, the Toronto star beat the leader Edmonton team with a score of 7:4. Matthews himself was named All-Star Game MVP.
Let us remind you that in the NHL regular season the leaders are Boston in the East and Vancouver in the Western Conference. The next matches after the All-Star Game will take place on the night of February 6.
