On February 5, the NHL announced that Evgeny Kuznetsov was included in the NHL Player Assistance Program. Under this program, the league helps players in the treatment of alcohol or drug addiction, as well as various psychological problems.
Evgeny Kuznetsov played 43 games this season in the NHL and scored 17 (6+11) points using the goal+pass system.
