Athletistic / Hockey. SKA head coach Roman Rotenberg shared details of the health condition of the club’s striker Sergei Tolchinsky. The forward was injured in an away match of the KHL regular season against Avangard Omsk (5:9).
“Sergei will definitely not be able to participate in our next match. Tolchinsky is a strong guy, he was lucky in this episode not to give up before the end of the season, although the risk was very high. I wish him health and a quick return to the ice. Let’s take the hit!” Rotenberg wrote on his Telegram channel.
Avangard forward Nikita Kholodilin used a powerful move on Sergei Tolchinsky, after which the SKA forward hit the boards and fell to the ice. After watching the replays for a long time, the match referees did not see any violations in the actions of the Omsk player. It is noteworthy that Tolchinsky was forced to leave the ice with the help of his partners.
Sergei Tolchinsky scored 46 (14+32) points in the “goal+pass” system in 60 matches this season in the KHL.
