Athletistic / Hockey. The NHL regular season game between the New York Rangers and Tampa Bay Lightning was overshadowed by Mikhail Sergachev’s injury. The Russian was unable to leave the ice alone.
In one of the episodes of the game, Sergachev collided with Rangers forward Alexi Lafreniere and when he fell, his leg clung to an opponent and took an unnatural position. As a result, Mikhail was taken off the ice on a stretcher.
It is worth noting that Sergachev participated in an NHL game for the first time since December 20. Previously, the Russian missed 17 matches of his team due to a lower body injury, which he suffered in the first half of a match against the Saint-Louis Blues (6: 1).
Mikhail Sergachev scored 19 (2+17) points in 34 matches this season. With Tampa, he became a two-time Stanley Cup winner.
