Athletistic / Hockey. London Knights forward Ruslan Gazizov scored five points last night in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) regular season game against the Flint Firebirds. The match ended with the victory of the Russian team with a score of 9:2.
Gazizov scored a hat-trick in this match and also made two assists. As a result, the 20-year-old Russian was recognized as the first star of the match.
Ruslan Gazizov has already scored 57 points (24+33) in the goal+pass system this season in the OHL and ranks 18th in the league’s top scorers list.
Gazizov started his career in the Omsk Avangard system. He moved to North America before the start of the 2021/22 season.
