Our team opened the Olympic qualifying tournament with confidence.
The Ukrainian national hockey team made a confident start to the Olympic qualifying tournament. The first opponent was South Korea, which in the end could not withstand the pressure of the “blue-yellows”.
In the opening period, with an even game, Ukraine scored the only goal through Mazur. In turn, goalkeeper Zakharchenko confidently neutralized all chances of the Koreans. Let’s remember that in the end our goalkeeper did not allow the opponents to score on his goal.
In the second 20 minutes, Ukraine scored the second goal, Vorona scored. And the Asian team finally finished in the third period with goals from Deniskin and Trakht – 4:0.
