Offensive Roman Startchenko left Kazakhstan Hockey Club “Barys” reports the press service of the Nur-Sultan team.
Moscow “Spartak” has signed a contract with the 36-year-old striker for one season, informs the official website of the Russian club.
Kazakhstan national team captain Starchenko has been playing for Barys since the club entered the KHL in 2008. Because of his 740 appearances and 377 points (200 goals and 177 assists). He is the seventh KHL player to reach 200 goals. Last season Starchenko scored 24 points (9+15) in 41 games.
