The puck flew into the Vancouver goal after Ovechkin’s pass to Oshie, hitting the skate of Canadian club forward Nils Oman.
Note that during the meeting with the Canucks, Ovechkin extended his goal streak to five games. The last time something like this happened to him was almost three years ago – in March 2021.
