The St. Petersburg women’s hockey team defeated the Chelyabinsk region team in the match of the group stage of the Spartakiad of the Strongest.
The group B match ended with a score of 4:1 in favor of the St. Petersburg team.
Alsou Rakhimova (18th and 44th minutes) and Polina Bolgareva (28th, 41st) scored a double as part of the winning team; Victoria Kulishova (58th) scored for the Chelyabinsk team.
Earlier in the opening match of the group, the Moscow region team defeated the Moscow team with a score of 6: 1.
Hockey competitions within the framework of the Winter Spartakiad of the Strongest will be held in Chelyabinsk, at the Traktor Arena named after VK Belousov, from February 12 to 18.
