Alexander Belyaev (1st minute), Ivan Morozov (24), Michal Czajkowski (29), Shane Prince (48) and Mikhail Maltsev (56) scored goals for the “red and white”. Daniil Tesanov (6) scored for Lokomotiv.
Spartak forward Nikolai Goldobin delivered an assist, which became his 38th in the regular season – this is a new club record for assists in one season in the KHL. The previous feat belonged to Branko Radivojevic – 37 assists in the 2009/10 season.
Spartak won its fourth consecutive victory, scored 84 points and ranked third in the Western Conference. Lokomotiv (85) lost its third consecutive match, but remains second in the West.
