Athletistic / Hockey. Kunlun Red Star forward Jamel Smith said he considers Tampa Bay Eighting forward Nikita Kucherov one of the five best players in hockey history.
“Playing with Kucherov was amazing. I watched him in practice and realized he was a perfectionist. Every time Nikita steps on the ice, even for a regular skater, it’s very close to perfection. ideal. His passes, his shots – he constantly does what will make him better. Kucherov is a real magician, I have never seen such a player. I have often said about him to other hockey players that such players appeared extremely rarely.
I would place Kucherov among the five best players in hockey history, along with Connor McDavid. Currently, Kucherov is the best player in the NHL. For me, his final entry into the Hall of Fame raises no doubt,” Smith was quoted as saying by “Championship.”
Nikita Kucherov has scored 90 (34+56) points using the goal+pass system in 53 NHL regular season games this NHL season.
Jamel Smith was part of the Tampa Bay Lightning system during the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 seasons, when the Lightning won two Stanley Cups.
