Offensive S.K.A. Artem Fedorov spoke about his move to Saint Petersburg and preparing for the new season, explaining why he decided to pursue his career in this particular team.
– How did you spend your vacation?
– I had good holidays. I went to my grandmothers in the villages, I went with my family to the sea and I rested. And after that, he began to prepare slowly. We were in Moscow, everything is going as usual, everything is fine.
– You have changed your club registration. Have you ever managed to communicate and work with the guys from SKA?
– Yes, I knew someone, of course, I managed to get to know someone, I haven’t seen someone yet, but in general everything is fine. There’s a good team here, all the guys can help, if anything, so no problems at all, so good, so far a positive.
– How did you settle in Saint-Petersburg?
“Yes, by the way, quite quickly. They, too, came with their families, lived in a hotel for several days, visited the apartments, then rented, arrived by car, settled down quietly.
– In what state are you approaching the “pre-season”?
– I feel good. It is clearly too early to speak of good form. But for this we will spend a fee. And I think I’m well prepared for them.
– This season there will be more games in the “regular season” – a very busy schedule is obtained. Will it be difficult or conversely a constant tone?
– It’s hard to say again if it will be more difficult or not, but in any case it will be more interesting, because it’s something new. More games is better, I guess. And so – we’ll see, the season will show.
Why did you choose SKA?
– There are several reasons. Probably one of the main ones – St. Petersburg always fights for the highest awards. In addition, there is a great organization, a good team, a beautiful city – I see no reason why it was necessary to refuse or think for a long time,” Fyodorov told reporters.
