31 seconds before the end of regulation time, Dynamo forward Egor Petukhov equalized the score, sending the match into overtime.
In overtime, Salavat Yulaev decided to pull his goalie and played with a numerical advantage, but was unable to take advantage. In the final minutes, Dynamo striker Danil Pylenkov successfully approached the empty goal of the visitors, bringing victory to the blue and white.
