The NHL Players’ Union press service announced the date of the Russian forward’s arbitration hearing Yakova Trenina who couldn’t agree withNashville on the new contract.
The hearing will take place on August 2.
Arbitration is an annual event where players sue their clubs over wages. The task of each of the parties in this process is to try to conclude / sign a contract on the most favorable terms.
Last season, Trenin played in 80 NHL regular season games, in which he scored 24 (17+7) points. He has three points in the playoffs.
