Athletistic / Hockey. Washington Capitals forward Ivan Miroshnichenko shared his emotions after his first NHL goal. Last night, the 20-year-old Russian scored a goal in a regular season away match against the Pittsburgh Penguins (6:0).
“The first few seconds I was probably just in shock… Finally it happened! I worked for so long to get there, it was a hard road. I hope it’s not my last goal in the NHL.
Ovechkin’s reaction? In principle, everything was expected, that the store and uncle Sasha (Ovechkin. – Rating Athletistic) will react this way. Of course, I was very happy,” Miroshnichenko was quoted as saying by the Washington press service.
