Athletistic / Hockey. The governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Mikhail Degtyarev, summed up the results of the season for Amur. The Far Easterners failed to break the barrier in the first round of the playoffs.
“Thanks to Love for the season, thanks to all our fans for the season, thanks to all our rivals. This year we showed that the Khabarovsk Territory loves hockey, we can and will surprise everyone. We We are preparing for the 2024/2025 season. Everything is going according to plan!” — wrote Degtyarev on his Telegram channel.
“Amur” finished the regular season in eighth place in the Eastern Conference standings and found themselves in the playoffs against the Eastern winner Metallurg Magnitogorsk. The Khabarovsk team imposed resistance on Magnitka, but still lost to Ural in six matches. The day before, March 11, Metallurg defeated Amur with a score of 3:2 in overtime of the sixth game and won the series with a score of 4-2.
