— We have to look for ways to boost the morale of our leaders, the guys for whom the playoffs are not the first. They didn’t have a good first round. You have already returned Pavel Akolzin to Denis Zernov and Maxim Karpov. What other recipes are there to get older guys into playoff mode?
– Here, it doesn’t matter, the older ones, the young ones, we have a team and it’s good that there are heroes who are capable of carrying us. For example, there are teams that are difficult for players; someone is playing hard and stopping some of our players. I hope that in the series with Spartak our leaders will reach the level that they showed throughout the championship.
— On paper, we all expect Spartak to play openly, with more emphasis on attack. But to what extent are surprises possible, which could end unexpectedly for everyone?
— I would not say that Spartak played openly in the series with Severstal, it was Severstal who played the most in attack, I would not say that Spartak frantically ran forward, exposing their rear. No, they played rationally. We’re going to analyze all of this and show it to the guys. I think the score will not be 7: 3, as was the case with Severstal, ”Razin said in the club’s press service.
