Panarin named NHL’s first star of the day

New York’s Russian striker Rangers » Artemy Panarin recognized as the first star of the day of the NHL regular season, reports the league press service.

The Rangers beat Pittsburgh 7-4 on Saturday. Panarin scored five points, scoring two goals and making three assists.

The second star was Ottawa Senators forward Brady Tkachuk, who scored a hat trick in the match against the New York Islanders (4:3).

In third place is Tampa Bay Lightning forward Steven Stamkos, who had two goals and two assists in the match against the Florida Panthers (5:3).
