New York Rangers forward Artemy Panarin said he has no doubts whether the current NHL season will be the best of his career.
The Russian scored 5 (2+3) points in the regular season victory over Pittsburgh (7:4).
Panarin has 93 points (38+55) in 67 matches. This is the Russian’s third consecutive season in which he has scored more than 90 points. The hockey player’s personal best is 96 points for the 2021/22 season. The Russian forward also recorded his 500th NHL assist.
“I don’t think about it, or I try not to think about it.” Maybe I will have thoughts about all this after the season, but definitely not now,” Panarin said, as quoted by the NHL press service.
Panarin was named the NHL’s first star of the day.
