Russian forward “Tampa Bay Lightning” Nikita Koucherov who scored four points in the regular season game against Vegas, was not one of the three game day stars in the NHL.

The meeting ended with Tampa winning away with a score of 5: 3. Kucherov scored four points, scoring one goal and providing three assists. The Russian scored 118 points (41+77) this season and took first place in the NHL scoring race, beating Colorado forward Nathan McKinnon (117).

The first star of the day was Boston striker David Pastrnak, who scored a hat-trick in the match against Ottawa (6:2).
